A little idea I had if anyone is interested. A creation of Lewis Carroll turns out to be more then just the fancy of one of the great writers of the past. Woe to those that catch it's eye, because the Jabberwock is more then it seems. It hunts not for food or fun, but for the tangled threads only it can know.
Watch out for mirrors and the world behind them, because the danger lurks wherever your reflection is cast.
Can you find the Vorpal sword, and no it isn't the one in Styx's closet.
Why does the Jabberwock take an interest, is there something that your character knows or has seen? Is it driving its prey together for some vast meal perhaps. Or maybe it something else entirely. Whatever the reason it is interested in certain people for some reason and it won't leave on his own. Will you brave the world of mirrors, where the beast makes it lair. What other dangers lie in wait, and can you afford to not to face them.
This plot isn't going to be just one thread and characters don't even have to be in the same thread to start with. If your interested in the plot you can start off your character's entrance with interactions with their usual cohorts and then we can have the characters slowly being driven together as the Jabberwock tightens its net. I just ask that anyone interested let others know their interest in this thread.
